Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms are maintained by Karmanya IT Solutions and govern use of this website and of our software, professional services and training programmes, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Where a separate signed contract, statement of work or service agreement exists, that document prevails over these terms for the services it covers.
2. Services
We provide custom software development, product platforms for medical, education and civil domains, cloud deployment and support, and industrial training and internship programmes. Scope, deliverables, timelines and service levels are defined per engagement.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback and required access for delivery.
- Keep account credentials confidential and manage user access within your organisation.
- Use the platform lawfully, including obtaining any consents required for clinical or student data you process through it.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, subscription tiers and payment schedules are set in the applicable proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable within the agreed term; overdue balances may lead to suspension of service after written notice.
5. Intellectual property
Karmanya retains ownership of its platform, frameworks, tooling and pre-existing materials. Customer data and content remain the customer's property. Ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers as specified in the relevant agreement, typically on full payment.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party will protect the other's confidential information. Our handling of personal and clinical data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability and operate backups, monitoring and recovery procedures, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service on this page. Any committed uptime or response targets are those stated in your service agreement. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practical.
8. Training and internship programmes
Programme fees, schedules, attendance requirements and certification criteria are published at enrolment. Certificates recognise completion of the Karmanya programme and do not imply employment, placement guarantees or third-party accreditation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period in its agreement, or immediately for material breach that remains uncured after written notice. On termination we will make customer data available for export for an agreed window before deletion.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh having jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
