Medical software, built cloud-native — by a team that has shipped healthcare since 2025
Karmanya is a growing IT company turning fifteen years of hospital, diagnostic and clinic delivery experience into a scalable healthcare product platform. This page summarises our product, market, traction, team and roadmap.

The problem we work on
Clinics run on paper and disconnected tools
Small and mid-size hospitals in tier-2 and tier-3 India still track patients, prescriptions and diagnostics across registers, spreadsheets and legacy desktop software that cannot talk to each other.
Diagnostic data never reaches the clinician in time
Lab and imaging results are delivered as printouts or email attachments, delaying decisions and making longitudinal patient history nearly impossible to reconstruct.
Compliance and continuity are afterthoughts
On-premise servers in clinic back rooms mean no reliable backups, no audit trail, and no realistic path to modern data-protection expectations.
Our solution
Karmanya Care Cloud
A modular hospital and clinic platform: registration, OPD/IPD, e-prescriptions, billing, pharmacy and inventory — deployed per-tenant in the cloud with role-based access and full audit logging.
Diagnostics & LIS module
Lab order-to-report workflow with analyser integrations, digital report delivery to patients and clinicians, and structured results that build a longitudinal record instead of a PDF pile.
Clinical insight layer
Dashboards for occupancy, revenue cycle, referral patterns and outcome tracking, with an extensible API so partners can layer analytics or AI triage on top of clean, structured data.
Market & why us
Target market
Small and mid-size hospitals, multi-speciality clinics, diagnostic labs and imaging centres — starting in central and western India, where digitisation budgets are real but enterprise HIS pricing is out of reach. Secondary segments: medical colleges (bridging our education product line) and public-health programmes.
Business model
Per-facility subscription tiered by bed count and modules, plus implementation and data-migration services. Training and internship programmes provide an additional, counter-cyclical revenue stream.
Differentiation
- Medical-domain first: we build for clinical workflows we have implemented since 2025, not generic CRM patterns retrofitted to healthcare.
- Cloud-native and multi-tenant from day one, so a 6-bed clinic and a 300-bed hospital run the same product at different scale tiers.
- An in-house training and internship pipeline that converts engineers into healthcare-software specialists — our hiring bottleneck is solved internally.
- Adjacent Education and Civil product lines fund experimentation and de-risk the healthcare roadmap.
Roadmap
- Consolidate hospital deployments onto the multi-tenant Care Cloud build
- Ship the diagnostics/LIS module to first 10 partner labs
- Formalise security baseline: encryption at rest and in transit, audit logging, backup/restore drills
- Patient mobile app with report access, appointments and follow-up reminders
- Open API and partner marketplace for analytics, insurance and pharmacy integrations
- Expand to 150+ clinical customers across three states
- AI-assisted triage and report summarisation on structured clinical data
- Interoperability with national health-stack standards
- Regional expansion beyond India with localisation and data-residency options
